Terms and Conditions
EFFECTIVE: October 2, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) set out the rights and obligations between Baloghné Marosi Melina Ágnes (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and the users of the Benjalex mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “User”) (Service Provider and User hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties”).

1.2. By using the Application, the User accepts these T&C and agrees to comply with them.
1.3. The language of the agreement is Hungarian. The Service Provider is not subject to any code of conduct.
2.2. The User is fully responsible for the security of their login data. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized access.
2.3. Data can be modified within the User’s account. The User is responsible for any consequences of incorrect data.
3.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or update the features and content of the Application at any time.
4.2. Reverse engineering, modifying, automating queries, or interfering with the operation of the Application is prohibited.
4.3. The Service Provider has the right to restrict or terminate the User’s account in case of violation of these T&C.
5.2. The Service Provider may perform maintenance or updates which might cause temporary downtime.
6.2. Copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the Application without prior written consent is prohibited.
7.2. The User uses the Application at their own risk. The Service Provider is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
7.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party services accessible through links in the Application.
8.2. By using the Application, the User accepts the data processing terms.
9.3. In case of unresolved disputes, the User may contact consumer protection authorities or initiate mediation at the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület).
10.2. Hungarian law applies. If any provision of these T&C becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These T&C govern the use of the Benjalex mobile application (hereinafter: Application). The Application is free to download and use.1.2. By using the Application, the User accepts these T&C and agrees to comply with them.

2. REGISTRATION AND USE

3. APPLICATION SERVICES
3.1. The Application provides digital informational and assisting features to the User.3.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or update the features and content of the Application at any time.
4. USER CONDUCT
4.1. The User must use the Application in accordance with applicable laws, respecting the rights and dignity of others.4.2. Reverse engineering, modifying, automating queries, or interfering with the operation of the Application is prohibited.
4.3. The Service Provider has the right to restrict or terminate the User’s account in case of violation of these T&C.
5. AVAILABILITY AND MAINTENANCE
5.1. The Service Provider strives for continuous and secure operation but does not guarantee error-free performance.5.2. The Service Provider may perform maintenance or updates which might cause temporary downtime.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. The entire content of the Application—including texts, graphics, and software solutions—is protected by copyright law.6.2. Copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the Application without prior written consent is prohibited.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Information in the Application is for general informational purposes only. The Service Provider accepts no liability for inaccuracies or malfunctions.7.2. The User uses the Application at their own risk. The Service Provider is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
7.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party services accessible through links in the Application.
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with a separate Privacy Policy available within the Application.8.2. By using the Application, the User accepts the data processing terms.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
