Description of the service
Benjalex is a mobile application for analysing food ingredients, which interprets ingredients and additives based on the information indicated by the manufacturer.
The application does not provide medical services does not give diagnoses and does not replace professional medical advice.

Subscription fees
– 1 490 Ft / month
– 15 000 Ft / year

Payments are handled exclusively by Google Play and the Apple App Store.
The service provider does not process or store bank card data.

The subscription is automatically renewed until the user cancels it.

Cancellation
The user may cancel the subscription at any time in their own Google or Apple account.

Free use
Every new user receives 50 free product analyses.
This does not involve any payment obligation.

Limitation of liability
Benjalex provides information for general information purposes only.
The manufacturer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the manufacturers.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for incorrect, erroneous or incomplete labels.

User obligations
– use of a valid email address
– proper use of the application as intended
– copying, modifying or reverse engineering the content is prohibited

Applicable law and disputes
The contract is governed by Hungarian law.
In the event of legal disputes the District Court of Nyíregyháza shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from October 2, 2025, and remain valid until withdrawn.
