Service Description:

Benjalex is a food ingredient analyzer mobile application that interprets ingredients and additives based on the data provided by the manufacturer.
The application does not provide medical services, does not give a diagnosis, and does not replace medical advice.

Subscription Packages and Fees:

– Standard package: 400 HUF / month
– Premium package: 2,590 HUF / month
– Annual premium package: 20,000 HUF / year

Payments are exclusively processed by Google Play and Apple App Store.
The service provider does not process or store credit card data.

The subscription renews automatically until the user cancels it.

Cancellation Policy:

The user can cancel at any time in their own Google or Apple account.

Free Usage:

Every new user receives 3 free product analyses.
This does not entail any payment obligation.

Limitation of Liability:

Benjalex provides informational content.
The manufacturer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by them.
The Service Provider assumes no liability for incorrect, misspelled, or incomplete labels.

User Obligations:

– use of a valid e-mail address
– proper use of the application
– copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the content is prohibited

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

The contract is governed by Hungarian law.
In the event of disputes, the Nyíregyháza District Court has jurisdiction.

These General Terms and Conditions are valid from June 15, 2025, and remain in effect until revoked.
